CAN I PLACE A NEW ORDER DURING COVID-19?
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EXISTING ORDER DURING COVID-19?
Our website is fully functional and we are currently accepting new orders. We will process all orders within 1-2 working days from the purchase date.
We would like to assure all of our customers that your existing order will continue to be processed. All orders will be shipped to you at the earliest date possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PIECES?
Please allow 8-12 weeks for orders to be processed and made.
This is not including delivery time. Refer to the delivery information page for a guide on delivery time based on your location.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final.
We do not offer any returns/ refunds or exchanges.
No we don't. All outfits are made to order we require 8-12 weeks once purchased.
IS THERE ROOM FOR ADJUSTMENT IN THE PIECES?
We do leave extra material in our garments for minor alterations.
We can also offer MADE TO MEASURE (additional charges may apply).
DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
No. However we will be arranging pop ups stores and exhibitions within the UK & Canada.

CAN THE LENGTH OF THE SKIRT BE ADJUSTED?

ARE THERE CUPS ADDED IN THE BLOUSE?
Yes, all blouses have cups included in the blouse. If you wish to remove these, please email us info@amkionline.com
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All orders will be carefully packaged in a polythene bag with tissue paper, and then put in a satin bag. Then the garment will be placed in a mailing box for extra protection.
